Robin Saad serves as Vice President of Operations at GB Connections overseeing the systems, processes and teams that ensure the company delivers reliably, efficiently and at scale. With more than 30 years of experience across operations, supply chain, logistics and business planning in the OCTG and industrial manufacturing sectors, he brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach that reinforces GB Connections’ commitment to quality, service and technical excellence.

In his role Saad has P&L responsibility and leads inside sales operations, supply and demand planning, inventory management, order execution, accounting and ERP optimization. As a key liaison with coupling manufacturers and service providers, he ensures third-party partners execute to GB Connections’ exacting specifications, quality protocols and delivery commitments.

By translating engineering standards into disciplined, repeatable execution, Robin helps ensure customers receive the right product, built to standard and delivered when promised, while maintaining strong financial controls that support stability, scalability and long-term performance.

Prior to joining GB Connections in 2022, Saad held senior leadership roles at Tenaris and TMK IPSCO, where he led large-scale supply chain, logistics and business planning functions. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades at Ryerson Inc., holding management roles spanning safety leadership, lean manufacturing, quality systems (ISO 9001), SAP implementations and cost-reduction initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Illinois.
